Who we are

What a scan stores
The website address you entered, the date, the findings and the score. We don't store the content of your pages.
How long we keep it
- Anonymous scans are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- If you ask us to email a report, that report is kept for 12 months.
IP addresses
To stop abuse, we limit how often scans and forms can be used. For this we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the raw address. Hashes used for scan limits are deleted after 24 hours.
Your email
We only keep your email if you give it to us and tick the consent box, for example to receive a report, request a fix or hear when a check is ready. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, for the human check (Turnstile) and DNS lookups.
- Our database host, which stores scans and requests.
- n8n, running on our own server, which passes requests to our team.
Ask for deletion
Contact us at qawexsolutions.com/contact with your email address or report link and we'll delete your data.
